What you'll do:
• Conduct comprehensive commercial property inspections
• Prepare detailed professional reports for investors and lenders
• Travel across NYC, Long Island, and surrounding areas
Requirements
Active NY Home Inspector License required. 3+ years experience. Strong technical building knowledge.
